We are a relatively large group in Fresno, California that has been around since approximately 2012, boasting a modest 160+ members! Our main goal is to bring the local furries together and host a variety of furmeets.On top of in-person meets, we have a very active community on Telegram, as well as a Discord for gaming together.There are many different individuals in our group — from artists to fursuiters, gamers to writers, wolves to protogens, we seem to have a little bit of everything in our community!Be you new or old to the fandom, you are more than welcome to join us at any given time, and we look forward to meeting you!If you have any questions, please don't shy away from contacting our admins below.

While we are open to most everyone, we adhere to a simple screening process before allowing anyone to join us.The most important part of joining is to make sure that you both read and understand the rules we have in place. We understand that rules are no fun, but these are securely in place to make sure everyone feels comfortable and content in our community.As per our rules section, we require you to provide an ID to assure that you are eighteen or older. While we are not inherently a NSFW community, we do not allow minors in our group for our own comfort.Once approved, you are welcome to join us both at our our in-person meets, as well as our Telegram & Discord groups.Please contact one of our admins once you have sorted what needs to be done, and we will admit you to the group asap!

AGE RESTRICTIONS.
You must be eighteen years or older to join our community. While we are not inherently a NSFW community, we are no longer allowing minors to join us for the unforeseen future.ZERO-TOLERANCE.
There will be no tolerance any form of harassment, and our group is a zero-tolerance zone. This means no racism, sexism, LGBTphobia, etc. Offensive slurs of any kind used in a derogatory manner or in a way intended to attack another is not allowed. Additionally, any form of pedophilia or zoophilia will not be tolerated. If caught doing such, you will be removed from all chats and banned from future events.BEHAVIOR.
Treat others as you would like to be treated. Be respectful of the personal space and the belongings of others. Bear in mind that costumes do not equal consent; even if someone is fursuiting, it is always best to ask before hugging or touching someone. If somebody has to repeatedly asks you to stop touching them, you will be asked to leave, and your ability to attend future events may be revoked.FURSUIT POLICY.
Unless previously stated in event details, assume that fursuits are not allowed in any indoor venues our furmeets may happen in. Many venues do not allow masks that fully cover one's face. As of right now, the only by default fursuit-friendly meets are outdoor meets, such as at parks or camping trips. Furmeets held at a private residence are case by case, per the host's word.DRESS CODE.
Wear clothing that is appropriate to the meet's location please! Tails, ears, and collars are fine in most cases unless otherwise specified. Pup hoods, leashes, and overly revealing clothing are not appropriate to public outings where families may be present. While kink is nothing to be shamed, most of the general public does not consent to being exposed to such. Certain items may be allowed on approval — if you are unsure, ask an admin ahead of time!HYGIENE.
Please be sure you are clean and don’t give off any offensive odors when attending meets. Wear deodorants or antiperspirants as applicable.TRANSPORTATION & MONEY.
If you are riding along with somebody to a meet, please make sure to have all of your rides planned out. Many local furs are happy to offer a carpool, so be sure to ask around in the Telegram chat to see if someone could give you a ride if you do not have your own personal transportation. In addition, please be courteous to handle your own costs of food, entry fees, parking fees, and/or whatever payment may be required at the location.READ & FOLLOW THE RULES!

This type of meet is typically hosted at a cafe, and it would be appreciated if you purchased something if you plan on attending. This is not required, as this is a free meet to attend, but supporting the place that allows us to host on their property would be appreciated. We ask that only those interested in art and the discussion of the creative process attend. These are meets catered specifically to our artists to draw and discuss, since regular meets can get pretty loud and distracting. Whether you be completely new and are still learning the first steps, or are a veteran commission artist, you are more than welcome to join us! We could all learn a little from one another, after all. TL;DR — if you plan on attending, be prepared to draw!NO BEGGING FOR FREE ART.
Do not ask for free art from any artist, unless one of them are taking free requests. Asking for an art trade is fine, but if someone says no, please respect their answer.RESPECT BOUNDARIES.
Getting a bird’s eye view leaning over the shoulder of your favorite local artist can be amazing, but if someone asks you to give them some space, please be respectful their request.KEEP IT CLEAN.
This is an event hosted in a public space, so no NSFW art of any kind is permitted. If you are unsure whether or not your art is considered as such, please ask first.NO MESSY ART SUPPLIES.
People are encouraged to bring, talk about, and use their favorite mediums. However, we ask that anything that will make a large mess (such as paints and clays) be kept at home if the event is hosted in a public space.ASK BEFORE TOUCHING.

These chats are made specifically for the furries local to Fresno, California and surrounding areas. We strive to provide a central place for local furries that may be unaware of the large community we boast, so we ask that you live approximately within 50 miles of Fresno. Some exceptions to this rule include furs that were previously local that moved and want to keep in touch, or furs that plan on moving to the area.NSFW CONTENT.
We have two Telegram chats and a Discord server. These chats are all 18+, so please be mindful of that when requesting to have people added. There will be NSFW content in the NSFW chat — you alone are responsible for any visible inappropriate content, should you open the chat in a public place. We do not allow NSFW content in our SFW chat, and our general chat on Discord is kept SFW.ZERO-TOLERANCE.

As a show of respect to the artists that built our community, we ask that you credit/source any artwork you post — this offers people the ability to follow and support said artists. Continued failure to do so will result in a warning, while further infractions will result in your ability to post raw images being revoked.While FoxBot is able to source all images that have a related public post available, it can not source any private or unposted art; if it can not find a source, please remove the image until you can otherwise provide such.NO AI "ART".
We do not allow AI-generated "artwork" to be posted in our chats. AI-generated meme-type images are an exception, so long as it is not made using an AI trained on the artwork of artists.ART ADVERTISEMENT.
Artists are allowed to post their commission prices in both chats once a week. Streaming announcements are welcome any time with no limit. You are also welcome to post your finished work with no limit, but please keep images compiled to one post to prevent a cluttered and spammy mess.KEEP DRAMA TO DMS.
If you have a problem with someone in the chats, please communicate with them one-on-one, or contact a server admin. Please don’t bring it into the chat and make it public if it can be helped.NO BEGGING.
Please refrain from begging in the chat. You are allowed to request help from others, but do not make it your only known presence.NO BLOCKING ADMINS.
If it has been found out that you have blocked any or all admins in either Telegram or Discord without justifiable reason, you will be removed promptly, as there is no way to communicate with you. You will not be permitted re-entry until said admins are un-blocked.APPEALING A WARNING OR BAN.
If you have received a warning or ban that you feel is unfair, you are welcome to make an appeal for it to be lifted. Contact an admin if you feel you have been unjustly punished with a written statement and/or solid evidence to back up your claim, and we will review it at our earliest convenience.READ & FOLLOW THE RULES!
